Rescheduling and Refund Policy:
Rescheduling :
To reschedule, you must submit a written request via email to training@iremsc.org at least 7 days prior to your scheduled class.
You are allowed to reschedule only once.
We will make every effort to accommodate you in the next available class. However, if no suitable class is available, the course fee will be forfeited.
Refunds :
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to training@iremsc.org at least two weeks before the scheduled course date.
If a class is canceled due to low enrollment (fewer than 4 students), you will be notified and given the option to choose an alternate date or receive a full refund.
Refunds will not be provided if you reschedule a class and subsequently decide to cancel it. Failure to reschedule or request a refund within the specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of your course fee.
