Join us for the Interior Region EMS Conference, held April 4th & 5th, 2025, at the Westmark Fairbanks Hotel & Conference Center. This premier EMS event brings together emergency medical professionals, healthcare providers, educators, and industry leaders from across Alaska for two days of outstanding educational sessions, networking, and professional development.

This year marks 30 years since the establishment of the Interior Region EMS Council (IREMSC), making this conference a special occasion to celebrate our history and ongoing commitment to EMS excellence.

Conference Registration Options:

• Two-Day Pass (Friday & Saturday) – $180
  • Includes access to all conference sessions on April 4th & 5th, 2025
  • Includes one Friday Night Banquet ticket
• One-Day Pass (Friday Only) – $90
  • Includes access to all Friday sessions (April 4th, 2025)
  • Does NOT include a banquet ticket
• One-Day Pass (Saturday Only) – $90
  • Includes access to all Saturday sessions (April 5th, 2025)
  • Does NOT include a banquet ticket
• Fire Department Pass – $600
  • Unlimited conference access for all department members
  • Includes only two (2) banquet tickets (Additional banquet tickets must be purchased separately)

Additional Banquet Ticket:

• Friday Night Banquet Ticket – $40
  • Available for attendees who purchase a one-day pass or for additional guests.

Conference Highlights:

• April 4th: Opening keynote, expert-led workshops, and breakout sessions covering SALT triage, trauma-informed care, EMS best practices, and more. The day will conclude with the Annual Banquet (included with a two-day pass, separate ticket required for single-day attendees).
• April 5th: A full day of advanced EMS education, featuring topics like pediatric emergencies, high-risk patient assessment, and hypothermia management.
